Temas repetidos y dos novedades: los puntos que debatirán Massa y Milei antes del balotaje
Finalmente el tema Salud estará presente en el intercambio de propuestas y discusiones de los dos candidatos que irán a la segunda vuelta el 19 de noviembre. También, las relaciones de Argentina con el mundo.
El 12 de noviembre Sergio Massa (Unión por la Patria) y Javier Milei (La Libertad Avanza) volverán a estar frente a frente en un debate. Será exactamente una semana antes del balotaje que definirá quién de los dos será el próximo Presidente argentino.
El tercer debate obligatorio del año se realizará en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires desde las 21, tendrá transmisión para todo el país, y contará con reglas y plazos establecidos por la Cámara Electoral Nacional, tal como ocurrió en las dos instancias previas que se cumplieron el 1° y el 8 de octubre. En aquellas dos ocasiones, previas a las generales, fueron cinco los postulantes a la Presidencia que expusieron sus ideas.
Esta vez todo transcurrirá entre los dos postulantes que lograron la mayor cantidad de votos en los comicios generales del 22 de octubre (Massa, 36,68%, y Milei 29,98%) y pasaron a la segunda vuelta.
Este miércoles se sortearon los temas que serán incluidos en el encuentro del 12 de noviembre, un paso formal y necesario establecido en el reglamento electoral.
El resultado fue que Massa y Milei confrontarán sobre Economía, Relaciones de la Argentina con el mundo, Educación y salud, Producción y trabajo, Seguridad, y Derechos Humanos y convivencia democrática.
Dos novedades aparecen en esta grilla respecto de los encuentros anteriores: Salud, que se suma a Educación, y relaciones de la Argentina con el mundo, dos temas que generan gran expectativa y que encuentran a los candidatos en posiciones muy diferentes.
Sin apuntes
El evento comenzará con un minuto de presentación para cada postulante y luego seis ejes temáticos de 12 minutos (separados por dos bloques de tres cada uno).
Cuando un candidato termine de hablar el otro podrá replicarlo. No podrán tener apuntes pero sí tomar notas.
En el último bloque los aspirantes a la Presidencia tendrán dos minutos para finalizar.
En el atril de la izquierda (desde el punto de vista del televidente) estará Milei y en el de la derecha, Massa. El primero y el último en hablar será el postulante de UxP.
Todas estas consignas son resultado del sorteo, del que participaron representantes de los candidatos presidenciales: por parte de Massa estuvieron Juan Manuel Olmos y Sofía Viannelli y y por Milei, Santiago Viola y Karina Milei.
Cuatro moderadores
Como en las instancias anteriores, habrá en el debate del 12 de noviembre dos parejas de moderadores para sendos bloques del debate. En este caso serán Luciana Geuna (El Trece y TN) y Pablo Vigna (TV Pública) para la presentación de los candidatos y los primeros ejes temáticos.
En tanto, para llevar las riendas del segundo tramo de la exposición y cierre estarán Érica Fontana (Telefé) y Antonio Laje (América).
